The first market test is on us

Your next customer has already tipped their hand.
You hear about it first.

Before a company buys anything substantial, it leaves traces: a tender, a deadline, a grant award, a register entry. We read those traces, find the person responsible inside the company, qualify the need and introduce you — often weeks before your competitors receive an enquiry.

NewThe first market test is on us: we find the signal in your market, approach the first companies and introduce you to qualified conversations before you pay a single euro.

  • You speak to the founder, not a setter
  • We only introduce when both sides want the conversation

When the work is good and new business still stalls.

Usually it is not the service. It is that sales only starts once the customer already has three quotes on the table.

New business comes from referrals — or not at all

Your clients stay for years, but every new deal depends on someone somewhere dropping your name. Some months that happens three times, some months not at all, and neither is something you can plan around.

By the time the enquiry arrives, it is usually too late

When an enquiry lands with you, the customer has typically already collected two or three quotes. You are the benchmark, and with benchmarks people talk about price, not the solution.

Bought leads rarely have a project right now

Lists and intent data give you names but no reason to call. Whoever picks up the phone spends the first ten minutes explaining why they are calling, and in the end the other side has no need at all.

NewThe first market test is on us: you see the first qualified conversations before you pay a single euro.

We are not looking for more leads. We look for the moment a need arises.

Every market has different signals, but the path is always the same: from the public event to the need, and from the need to a qualified conversation. Whether a manufacturer has to meet new Cyber Resilience Act obligations or a family business is facing succession only changes the source.

1 · We find the signal

For every market we look for the events that typically come before a purchase: regulatory deadlines, product registrations, tenders, grant awards, management changes or investments. Not every signal works in every market, so we first check which sources actually produce reliable opportunities.

  • Public leading signals
  • Deadlines & regulation
  • Tenders
  • Grant awards
  • Registers

2 · We find the right decision-maker

A signal on its own is not a deal. We identify the company affected, research the person responsible and approach them with reference to the specific event, without purchased intent data and without mass outreach.

  • Decision-maker research
  • Reference to the event
  • Email
  • Phone
  • LinkedIn

3 · We qualify the need

We check whether there is a real project behind it: what is needed, how concrete the need is, the timeframe, which kind of provider fits, and whether the company wants to speak to a partner at all. Only then does a signal become an opportunity.

  • Qualification
  • Scope
  • Timeframe
  • Provider profile
  • Willingness to talk

4 · We make the connection

If the opportunity fits you, we brief both sides and make the direct introduction. You do not get a data record or a cold meeting. You get a conversation with a company where we know why the need exists now and that they want to speak to you.

  • Direct introduction
  • Briefing for both sides
  • Consent upfront

Four steps, and you only pay once conversations happen.

Instead of a discovery marathon, you see real conversations with companies in your market before you have to decide anything.

Step 1

Intro call

Thirty minutes with Joshua on what you sell, to whom and which deals are worth it for you. No pitch and no slides.

30 minutes
Step 2

Signal check

We look for the public event that precedes your sale and count how many companies trigger it each month. If there is none, we tell you, and you have paid nothing up to that point.

Step 3

Market test

We approach the first companies affected, each with reference to their specific event, and find out who actually has a project.

Step 4

Introductions

You hold the first conversations with companies that have a need and want to speak to you. If the market works, we agree on how to continue. If it does not, we leave without an invoice.

The offer, without small print.

Nobody can judge from the outside whether your market has a signal that holds up. So we test it before we talk about money.

  • What you getConversations with companies where we know why the need exists now, what is needed and that they want to talk to you. Before every introduction both sides receive a short briefing.
  • Who it is forB2B providers who already sell, for example in consulting, engineering, technology or services, with deal sizes from around €10,000 upwards.
  • Who approaches the companiesWe do, as Nevolion and with reference to the specific event. Your name only comes up once the company has confirmed the need and agreed to a conversation.
  • What the market test costsNothing. No fee, no contract, no credit card, and you do not need to set up software or hand over any access.
  • What it costs afterwardsA fee per introduction, a monthly retainer or a mix of both, depending on deal size in your market. The terms are agreed in writing before the first paid introduction.
  • What we do not doWe do not sell contact lists or meetings in bulk. And we will not introduce you to a company that does not want the conversation.

The risk sits with us.

We test your market at our own cost: find the signal, approach the companies, qualify the need. You see the first qualified conversations before anyone talks about money.

Founder-led. Literally.

Joshua Nsiah founded Nevolion GmbH in Essen, Germany. Before that he built a white-label CRM for small and mid-sized businesses — more than 700 customers, won through paid channels and closed in conversation.

That is where the principle comes from that shapes every partnership today: a contact is only worth something when both sides know why they are talking.

We only introduce when we know why the need exists now and both sides want the conversation.

What we get asked most.

Why is the market test free?

Because nobody can judge from the outside whether your market has a signal that triggers enough companies with a real need. That only becomes clear once the first ones have been approached.

So we test it before anyone spends money. If good conversations come out of it, we talk about working together. If none do, we leave without an invoice.

How quickly can we start?

After the intro call we need a clear description of what you sell, which deals are worth it for you and which are not. The signal check usually takes a few days, and then we approach the first companies.

When the first introduction comes depends on the market. A deadline that affects many companies at once moves faster than rare events. We tell you beforehand what to expect, including the lower end.

Which signals do you use?

Events that are publicly documented and typically come before a purchase: regulatory deadlines such as the Cyber Resilience Act obligations, procurement procedures, grant awards, register entries, management changes or upcoming business successions.

Which of them work in your market is what we check in step two. We do not use purchased intent data.

What if there is no signal for our market?

Then we tell you in step two, before anyone invests work. We check beforehand whether there is a public source, how many companies it triggers each month and whether the decision-maker can be found.

If any of those three fails, the market does not hold up, and you have paid nothing up to that point.

What does it cost if we continue?

After the market test we work with a fee per introduction, a monthly retainer or a mix of both. What fits depends on deal size in your market and on how many qualified conversations it produces.

The terms are agreed in writing before the first paid introduction.

What about data protection and GDPR?

We work with publicly available sources and business contact data. We only pass on a company's contact details once it has agreed to a conversation with you, and anyone who does not want contact is not approached again.

This page only loads the calendar when you click it — until then, no request goes to a third party.

Who do you work best with?

Providers who already sell and know exactly which customer suits them. We do not invent an offer. We bring you companies that need it right now.

Good conditions are a clearly defined ideal customer, deal sizes from around €10,000 and someone in-house who picks up the conversations quickly.

After thirty minutes you know whether it works.

The market test starts with this conversation. We look at what you sell and to whom, and whether your market has a public signal that reliably announces a need. If it does, we start the signal check straight afterwards.

  • You speak to Joshua, not a setter.
  • There are no slides, and if it is not a fit, we say so on the call.
  • If it fits, the market test starts with no fee and no contract.

PS: If you are only collecting and comparing right now — book anyway. You get the signal check for your market even if nothing comes of it.
